As a Recruiter, you'll manage the end-to-end hiring process – from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, understand workforce needs, and ensure timely, quality placements across departments.

Location: Dubailand, Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Gender: Open to All
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Understand hiring needs and role requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking systems and records
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Help build a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience
Stay updated on hiring trends, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring trends
Proficiency in using job portals and social networking tools for sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
A proactive and people-centric mindset
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus
