This dual-role position combines the precision of accounting with the coordination duties of administration. You’ll be managing daily financial records while also ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
Position: Female Accountant cum Admin
Location: Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Gender Requirement: Female
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business)
Salary Range: AED 2,000 – 3,999 per month
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records (invoices, receipts, ledgers)
Handle basic bookkeeping, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
Assist in payroll processing and monthly expense tracking
Support the office with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain and update company records, files, and HR documents
Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and follow up with vendors or clients
Coordinate between different departments for seamless operations
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
A bachelor’s degree holder in accounting, business, or a related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounts and office admin work
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Professional, polite, and proactive in handling responsibilities
