As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be at the center of the action—overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring guests receive top-quality service. Supervising daily restaurant floor operations
Guiding and supporting service staff to maintain high service standards
Handling customer complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
Assisting with staff scheduling and shift planning
Monitoring hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Reporting to management on daily performance and staff updates
0–1 year of relevant experience (restaurant experience is a plus!)
Open to all nationalities and genders
High school or secondary education required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence
A positive attitude and ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Business Bay, Dubai – a prime area known for upscale dining and lifestyle
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,999 per month
