As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact between the company and potential clients. Your job will involve introducing HYCM's services, building trust, and helping customers understand how they can benefit from trading and financial solutions. No extensive experience is needed—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Engage with prospective clients and explain company services
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve results
0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates welcome!)
A Bachelor’s Degree is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
Open to all genders and nationalities
Basic knowledge of financial markets is a plus, but not mandatory

Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,999 per month (depending on skills and experience)
