This is a full-time entry-level position where you’ll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include serving refreshments, handling minor clerical duties, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting office staff when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, polite, and eager to work in a professional environment.
Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests
Keeping the office neat and tidy
Supporting office staff with photocopying, filing, and other basic tasks
Handling minor errands when required
Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in pantry and common areas
0–1 years of work experience (freshers are welcome!)
Open to all genders and nationalities
High School / Secondary education
Good manners, reliability, and a strong work ethic are key
Basic understanding of English is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Location: World Trade Centre, Dubai – easily accessible and centrally located
Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,999 per month (based on experience and skills)
