This role is perfect for someone with basic supervisory experience in cleaning or hospitality who’s ready to step up and take charge.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct daily inspections of rooms, corridors, and common areas.
Assign duties, schedule shifts, and ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Provide training and support to new housekeeping staff.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when needed.
Address guest or client complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure all safety and health regulations are followed on-site.
Minimum High School / Secondary education.
1 to 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead a team and keep morale high.
Basic communication skills in English (knowing additional languages is a plus).
A polite, professional attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.
