Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to develop clear project scopes and designs.
Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, cost estimations, BOQs, and material take-offs.
Conduct site inspections and supervise teams to ensure proper execution of structural works.
Solve technical issues, interpret drawings, and ensure that engineering principles are applied effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to construction and labor safety.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years, up to 10 years, of proven UAE or Gulf-region experience in civil construction and project management.
Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering materials, and safety protocols.
Familiar with project management software and civil engineering tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills — capable of managing teams and coordinating across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Attractive Salary – AED 8,000 to 11,999 per month, with potential for additional benefits based on performance.
