Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Coordinate between different departments and external partners.
Manage administrative duties including scheduling, document management, and office supplies.
Supervise junior staff and provide assistance to the senior management team.
Maintain client records, rental agreements, and handle customer service inquiries professionally.
Assist with basic HR functions, bookkeeping, and inventory tracking.
Help plan and execute corporate strategies to improve operational efficiency.
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
2 to 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role — preferably in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A good grasp of office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
A professional, presentable, and positive attitude.
