From warehouse logistics and inventory control to ensuring smooth retail supply chain processes, this role calls for someone who can think strategically and act efficiently.
Oversee the daily operations of the retail warehouse.
Coordinate logistics for the Eyewear and FMCG product lines.
Manage inventory, storage, and stock accuracy.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product flow.
Analyze processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Marcello General Trading is seeking someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG or retail warehouse environments. A Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics) is preferred. The ideal candidate is a team leader, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.
