As an Indoor Sales Executive, your main job is to assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their needs, and help them find the right vehicle. You’ll also handle paperwork, follow up with leads, and close deals.
Greeting customers at the showroom and offering assistance
Understanding customer needs (budget, car type, model preference)
Giving detailed information about vehicles: features, pricing, and specs
Arranging test drives and coordinating with the service team
Following up with leads and maintaining contact for future sales
Negotiating price, offers, and finance plans (if applicable)
Preparing invoices and assisting with car delivery
Ensuring cars on display are clean and well-presented
Reporting daily sales activity to the sales manager
You may also be expected to learn about registration, insurance, and export procedures, especially if the dealership deals with international buyers.
This role is ideal for candidates who have:
1–2 years of experience in car sales, electronics, or retail sales
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confidence in handling customer objections and negotiations
Passion for cars and basic knowledge of vehicle types
Willingness to work weekends or evening shifts if needed
Familiarity with basic computer use (for CRM or billing systems)
🎓 A high-school or secondary qualification is enough. Sales training or certifications are a bonus.
