The Civil Engineer selected for this role will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including design planning, execution supervision, cost estimation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and reviewing construction drawings, layouts, and structural details
Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

This is a senior position, and as such, only qualified and experienced candidates will be shortlisted. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE or BSc)
A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally up to 10 years in the UAE or GCC region
Proven experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Dubai construction laws, DM approvals, and site inspections
Hands-on experience in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Primavera, or Revit
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
High attention to detail, especially regarding structural integrity and safety
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Sound knowledge of project costing, BOQs, and contract execution
Capable of managing a team of site supervisors, foremen, and laborers
