Your core responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports
Monitoring accounts receivable and payable
Conducting financial forecasting and risk analysis
Managing company budgeting and tax planning
Handling VAT returns, audits, and external compliance
Ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions
Coordinating with internal departments to streamline operations
Advising management on cost-reduction strategies and investment opportunities
Liaising with auditors, banks, and government authorities
Maintaining accurate and timely financial records
To succeed in this role, you’ll need both technical expertise and practical financial acumen.
Required:
Chartered Accountant certification (ICAI, ACCA, CPA, etc.)
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
1–2 years of relevant work experience (UAE experience is a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP)
Excellent knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial regulations
Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Good written and verbal communication in English
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Location: International City, Dubai – easily accessible and well-connected
Working Hours: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday (occasional weekend tasks may be required during audits or deadlines)
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Managing Director
Team Environment: Collaborative and growth-oriented
Tools Used: ERP systems, cloud-based accounting tools, VAT portals
