As a Contracts and Commercial Affairs Specialist, you will handle all aspects of contract administration, supplier negotiations, compliance checks, and pricing strategies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s business dealings are efficient, legally sound, and aligned with commercial goals.
This position is critical to the growth and success of the organization’s partnerships and commercial processes.
Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts with clients and vendors
Coordinate with legal advisors and management to ensure compliance
Monitor the execution of agreements, renewals, and terminations
Maintain and update the contract database and commercial records
Assist in pricing strategy development and cost analysis
Evaluate suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align contract terms with company objectives
Prepare and present commercial reports and performance summaries
We’re looking for someone who is not only organized and knowledgeable but also confident in dealing with high-value commercial agreements.
You should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in contracts, legal affairs, or commercial operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
A problem-solving mindset with a sense of responsibility
Fluency in English (Arabic or Farsi is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
